Returns, exchanges and refunds

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD

You can use the return and exchange service within 14 days from the day you receive the order.

 

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

For both returns and exchanges, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped: new, with its respective tags and accessories. The packaging does not necessarily have to be the original, but it must ensure proper and safe packaging to avoid damage to the product.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Limitations: Returns will not be possible after an initial exchange has already been made. Furthermore, returns can only be requested if the product received has defects or imperfections. In this case, the customer will not have to bear any return or shipping costs
  2. Return Cost: The return has a fixed cost of €15 to which the €9.99 shipping cost is added. 
  3. Return Procedure:
    • Contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or by phone at +39 351 637 6121.
    • Define the day BRT will collect the package from the address provided by the customer.
    • It will not be necessary to print any transport document; just hand the package to the courier.
  4. Refund Timeframes: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after receiving the package at our showroom and will be made via bank transfer or a purchase voucher with no expiration date.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Exchange Costs:
    • The first exchange will have no additional costs.
    • From the second exchange onwards, a fee of €15 will apply.
  2. Exchange Procedure:
    • Contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or by phone at +39 351 637 6121, stating you wish to make an exchange and providing the desired size, model, or color.
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the desired item may not always be available.
  3. Higher Value Products: It is possible to choose a product more expensive than the one purchased and pay the remaining difference.

In case of package loss during shipping, the company assumes no responsibility.
