We offer installment payments through Klarna and HeyLight, which allow you to split the total amount into convenient, interest-free installments. The process will be handled automatically by the chosen service.

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO USE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT?

To use installment payment, you must have a valid credit or debit card, with no imminent expiration and with a sufficient available balance.

 

WHAT INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

The available installment payment options are:

  • Quarterly with Klarna and Heylight
  • Up to 10 installments exclusively with HeyLight

 

HOW DOES THE APPROVAL PROCESS WORK?

The approval process is managed directly by the company providing the service. We have no control over this process. The outcome of the request will be communicated immediately after completing the procedure.

 

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INSTALLMENT PAYMENT?

No fees will be applied to the customer, provided that payment deadlines are met. In case of delay, the service company will apply small penalties in the form of extra fees charged to the customer.

 

HOW ARE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS MANAGED?

Installment payment works as follows: at the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged to the current account or credit/debit card provided. Subsequent installments will be automatically charged on the same day in subsequent months, without any further action required from the customer.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SETTLE THE BALANCE EARLY?

It is possible to settle the balance early by logging into your account and proceeding with the payment of the remaining balance.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS DIRECTLY WITH YOU?

By contacting our support service, you can simplify the entire installment payment process via Klarna and Heylight's Pay by Link. You will receive a direct link via SMS to pay in 3 or 4 installments.

 

HOW CAN I REQUEST INSTALLMENT PAYMENT?

  3. Select your preferred installment payment option (Klarna or Pagolight).
